Mike brings profound lived experience and hard-earned wisdom to his role as a guest speaker and mentor with LEI. After spending 30 years incarcerated, Mike turned his life around and now works as a barber at R&R Head Labs, where he connects daily with community members and youth through both conversation and craft.

Mike uses his story to show young people that transformation is possible, no matter how long or difficult the road has been. His authenticity makes him a powerful voice for resilience and hope.
