Welcome to Generation Schools Network ("GSN," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and resources. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws, including the Colorado Privacy Act.

1. About Generation Schools Network
Generation Schools Network is a nonprofit organization based in Denver, Colorado, dedicated to transforming public education through sustainable, innovative school models, professional development, coaching, consulting, technical assistance, and partnership programs.

Our services include but are not limited to:
School and district transformation services

  • Student and family engagement initiatives

  • Health and wellness program implementation

  • College and Career Readiness Programming

  • Education leadership development

  • Equity-Centered Training and Facilitation

We serve K–12 school systems, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, community organizations, and related educational stakeholders.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;

  • Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or malicious code;

  • Attempting to interfere with the website’s functionality, security, or integrity;

  • Misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion without notice if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, videos, designs, text, and other materials on our website are owned by or licensed to Generation Schools Network. United States and Colorado intellectual property laws protect these materials.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent except as permitted under fair use doctrines.

GSN is committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and other applicable data privacy regulations.

  • When you visit our website, Information is automatically collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We will not sell or share your data without your explicit consent, except as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Generation Schools Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for all claims under these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Generation Schools Network, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of our services or your violation of these Terms. 

10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Denver, Colorado's state or federal courts. 

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
