Riley brings a deep commitment to advancing equity and expanding opportunities for vulnerable communities through strategic grant writing and trauma-informed program support. Before joining Generation Schools Network, she worked at the International Rescue Committee in Denver, where she supported asylum seekers, refugees, undocumented youth, and survivors of torture through intensive, trauma-informed case management. While managing a large and complex caseload, Riley also contributed to program improvement, data tracking, federal reporting, and cross-team collaboration to strengthen services for families and youth.
With a master’s degree in Peace and Justice Studies and a professional background rooted in community-based support, Riley specializes in transforming program data and lived-experience insights into compelling, mission-aligned narratives. She is passionate about using grants and storytelling to elevate high-impact programs. Riley is committed to supporting GSN’s mission to expand pathways to education and economic mobility for students and communities.
